Yoon I have the same thing going on with Golden Rod. The bloom is past half
and there have been very few bees on it. The native bees and wasps have
been all over it from the start. Today the flowers are covered with honey
bees. They are so thick they are almost bumping into each other. What
happened to get them on the flowers today?
As far as Alfalfa flowers we have scattered survivor plants scattered widely
over the property. The past two years the bees have not even touched the
flowers on them.
