Two points I notice. 1) Southwest (Tuscon, AZ Bee Lab) - Africanized bees? 2) Isolated mating sites? - VERY difficult to come by. Needs to be more the 3 or 4 miles from other colonies (from what I have gathered). Premise seems to be good, but finding actual conditions without Africanized bees, very questionable in my mind.
