Hi Peter
I see that the chapter was written in 2008, but wonder why. It summarises
the position with N apis well enough - but that is something that has
already been well documented many times and which, I think, few of us would
question.
It is perhaps unfortunate that it then says: 'Both types are presumably very
similar.' Once again we have a presumption without any evidence; indeed,
when the paper was written some important differences were well-known.
