I haven't come across these jars before, but I was curious about the embossing. I found the following link: http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/lot-white-milk-glass-cream-jars-lids-75236587 with this info:
"All of these old jars are in very good condition with no cracks or chips. All of the lids are metal. Included is: 2.75" tall white milkglass, marked on bottom "L. Bro's", 3" diameter 3" tall, on lid is "Daggett & Ramsdell", 3.5" diameter 3" tall, 2.75"diameter, on lid "WATKINS Menthol Camphor Ointment" 3.25" tall, 2" diameter, on lid "Harriet Hubbard Ayer, Famous Toilet Preparation, USA" 2.5" tall, 1.25" diameter, lettering on bottom of jar looks like "Ice Mint"
It's difficult to tell if the jar with "Ice Mint" embossing includes the Harriet Hubbard lid, or if that description goes with the previously-described jar in the listing. Hope this helps...

Subject: Ice Mint
I have a milk glass jar, about 66mm high and 36mm in diamater, with screw
threads on the lip. On the bottom of the jar is embossed "ICE MINT." A google
search so far hasn't come up with anything about this brand. Does anyone have
any info about it, particularly, when and where it was made?
Thanks!
