HANDS-ON ASTRONOMY IN AN ONLINE SETTING?
Not only is it possible — it’s fun and easy! Hear what some past
participants of our online workshops have to say:

“I’m having a great time with this workshop. I’m really impressed
with how organized it is and how in depth the activities and forum
are. ” — Ruth Brown, DaVinci Science Center, Allentown, PA

“...it was a great pleasure to have been a part of this program. I
cannot believe how many useful teaching aides and moments have
already developed from this experience.” — Elizabeth Moore, Crane
Point Museum, Nature Center, & Historic Site, Marathon, FL

“I’m having a hoot with my newly awakened passion for stuff
Astronomical!” — Jeff Lane, Massachusetts Audubon at Moose Hill,
Sharon, MA

“I am looking forward ... to being able to spend more time on
continued learning with AFGU. A few of the other state park
naturalists are interested ... so I hope to be able to train them
too. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and it was great to have
such a fun instructor!” — Megan Blackwelder, Goblin Valley State
Park, Green River, UT

“Already, my colleagues and I are planning to use some of
the activities ... I must say that these activities keep one very
occupied and they create opportunities for discussion on various
levels. I don’t know how many participants cherish an experience
such as this one, but I do.” — Sharon-Hope Bello, NIHERST/NGC
National Science Centre, Trinidad and Tobago
