List looks great. I was so happy I straightened out that Fontana guy in 
Arizona (!!).

Some minor changes:

(1) 2012 - spell out the word "Maryland"
(2) 2012 to 1997 - why add the "U.S.A." - not needed and not consistent 
with the earlier listings.
(3) 2011 to 1997 (except for 2006 and 1998) - why do these listings 
appear in red - change to black if you can.

These minor points would make the list more consistent.

I made all the meetings except for Williamsburg (1st), Ottawa, and 
Berkeley/Oakland. Your committee should start to think about the 50th 
Anniversary Conference is a few years. It would be great to have a huge 
exhibit on all 50 meetings with programs, other ephemera, hotels items 
(post cards etc.), photos, lists of highlights, funny events (blizzard 
of 1996 (?)), etc. etc.
