One of the neat things about an obscure field like beekeeping
is that one can attend meetings and sit beside the giants
upon whose shoulders we stand so that we can see further.

Steve was one of those giants. Most of us have no idea
how often we have climbed upon his shoulders.

I was lucky enough to be able to thank him once.
