Air leaks can incorporate air bubbles in the honey which are hard to remove.
That is normally considered a bad thing, however, air leaks and a
fast-running pump can be used to whip honey . If the temperature, speed and
type of honey are right, whipped honey can be an attractive and unusual
product for some types of markets.
