Hi Jakob- I've recently posted my Fort Johnson reports online at:

http://cid-6c471dfb188c9788.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Fort%20Johnson

I didn't find any "double ring edge" buttons, but there were many others that may be of interest.

Subject: Button info

Hello all,

I'm trying to track down some manufacturing info on a brass button
recovered from an early 20th century context. The button is a 4-hole
sew-through with "DOUBLE RING EDGE" around the front surface. Any
info/sources is much appreciated.

Best,
jake
