All of the Kodaly Quartet's Haydn that I've heard has been excellent.
Other quartets to consider include the Salamon, Guarneri, Amadeus,
Budapest, and Wiener Konzerthaus.  The "must have" aspect is always
subjective, but I would definitely recommend the collections op. 64, 76,
& 77.
