ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
One of our corporate funders has given money for us to do one this
school year as part of a science series. We will target a very broad age
range - elementary and middle school, and may even attract a few high
schoolers. We are planning science/STEM activities & demonstrations and
having a few scientists from the area on hand.
Has anyone out there put on a Science Career Day? What format did you
use? We are wondering if it is best to have the professionals do a short
talk, or be on hand at appropriate activity/demo tables to engage one on
one, or both.
Thanks, looking forward to learning from your experience.
