What do you mean, exactly, by "ed space?" Classrooms? Workshops?
When developing the Big Lab at the California Science Center, the team and I
looked at the Swap Shop at Liberty Science Center and the Nature Exchange at
Science North for inspiration. These are ed spaces that are different than
exhibit spaces. I also did a lot of prototyping with groups of learners to
work out things like sizes, space flow, etc. We didn't find a lot written
about these types of spaces so we had to get the info ourselves.
