Summary  Royal jelly peptides (RJPx) isolated from hydrolysates of
water-soluble royal jelly proteins prepared with protease P exhibited
significantly stronger hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity, and
antioxidant activity against lipid peroxidation, than did water-soluble
royal jelly protein (WSRJP) in vitro...
