Margaret,
I have always appreciated the work of the Institute of Learning Innovation. I'm not sure if they would be appropriate for your particular project but to my mind they have a very sensible approach to exhibit evaluation - as sensible as one can be in this crazy mixed up field.

We're on a tight budget, so we would be most interested in smaller (more affordable) firms or perhaps in university affiliated evaluators. Someone in or not too far from North Carolina would be ideal. I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!
