I could have sworn this question - what's the system to use to get  
paint to really adhere (or become part of) pvc pipe - but I sure  
couldn't find it in the archives...

anyone have a more satisfactory solution than clean, sand lightly and  
spray with Krylon?  Our topcoat is likely to be a polyurethane, like  
Polane (Sherwin Williams)
