For an Australian alternative, I was taught to use Burger Rings for this
demo.  Pour your ln2 into a container, add Burger Rings and let them sit
there until frost starts to form. Take them out, shake off any ln2 and them
pop them in your mouth.

 From memory Burger Rings were used because they had a low heat
capacity.  The added bonus is that at ln2 temperatures they loose their
taste, so there's a lead in to the science of taste.
