Waldemar & Dee,

It is a much simpler operation just to funnel the bees out of the wall. You
do not disturb the wall and get almost every one of the bees. On an old
swarm it will take about 7-8 weeks to do the task. This way you can get the
honey out also.

I have several of these going in North Alabama. Removing bees from trees is
very simple and you do not hurt the tree. Still takes 7-8 weeks.

If any are interested, I can send pictures of this task to you off list.

The queen does not exit the site unless they decide to swarm. She and a very
small amount of bees will die inside the structure.
