Surplus for quirky as well as standard stuff, often in large 
quantities.  Our local (St. Paul, MN & suburbs) Ax Man Surplus has 
some of the same stuff, so check your area for a local partner with 
whom you could split orders.  Sometimes local universities have 
surplus "departments," that help give away or sell cool but unwanted
