and we'd love input from people who are using fairly recent technology  
in highly interactive environments. What is your experience with  
touchscreens or other input devices such as trackballs?  Specifically,  
what lasts well, including particular brands? What do visitors find  
most intuitive? What would you never use again? Any information you
