I might be able to help you out a bit. I've worked in visitor services for
museums for 12 years now and currently am the Director of Visitor Services
for the University of Kansas Natural History Museum in Lawrence. I created
the first visitor services manual for the institution. Previously all there
was was an employee handbook. While this serves as both, I'd be happy to
share it with you and talk further with you if interested.
