That's assuming the news director cares about facts in
a story such as this. It's all about sensationalism.
The homeowner, for example, was "attacked" by the
bees, though somehow not stung.

As for the pest control guy simply spraying the swarm
with insecticide: Is southeast Texas an Africanized
area, making it standard practice to kill swarms? In
any case, his statements demonstrated a complete lack
of knowledge of honeybees.
