I listen to BBC4 radio and have become of fan of "Farming Today." (Among
other programs! The Infinite Monkey Cage is an excellent popular science
program!) It have found it interesting that the farmers in the UK are
already thinking about and making adjustments to their water use and
crop choice because of the impacts of climate change. This has made me
more and more aware that climate change is not "going to" happen; it has
already happened. The question now is about the level of change and the
extent to which we humans can and will adapt.
