Objects rolling down a slope, or wheeled models travelling down sloping
rails, can be made to strike equally spaced little bells hanging above. You
can SEE that the spacing of the bells is constant and you can HEAR the
frequency of the 'pings' increasing. 

It's a neat way to experience acceleration.
