ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
Hi everyone,
I am planning an ASTC session based on museums & social networking.
Does your center use Ning, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube to keep in
touch with your community? How do you use it, who is your target
audience? Do your After-School/Camp students blog on Ning? Do you
tweet events for Parents? Do you have a Facebook page just for your
museum docents/Explainers? Who's responsible for the content that
goes up, is it one person or a team? We'll discuss what works, what
doesn't work and different ways your center can benefit from social
networking.
Please let me know if you (or a colleague) would like to participate,
and if I can list you as a confirmed or tentative presenter for the
session.
Thanks,
Grace
