ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
I would appreciate to hear from science centers and museums that have
used their exhibits and their public, in order to run experiments,
collect scientific data and publish. I am NOT interested in studies
on 'learning in museums', but in experiments that use an exhibit to
study a specific aspect of human behavior.
A good example of what I mean is the eyewitness memory experiment at
the Exploratorium in 1989 ( Loftus & Duensing). This is the only one
I know about, so please let me know of any other such experiments.
Thanks,
Diana Issidorides
