I’m with Pete on that one. Truly one of the best. It’s a shame that it’s out of print, but there are 
copies available from used book sellers. It likely won’t be a cheap buy though. For what books 
cost nowadays it’s not a bad idea to get a copy from an interlibrary loan first before spending hard 
earned money on them.
