while some may condem or want to shut down migratory some of the more rationale voices are 
simply calling for some common sense regulation. 

CA may need to solve some of their own issues regarding almonds. its not fair for beeks across the 
country to feel the after affects of this mass migration. they haver blindly moved forward with huge 
acreage increase with no forethought as to what that means. 

clearly there will and are limits on the numbers of hives and the affects of having more hives in the 
future being moved for one industry.  

what this means to me is the little guys need to be acknowledged and given some protection rather 
then being treated like jack nothing.
