According to the paper below, "The oral LD50 for [Carbaryl] is 0.18 µg/bee (about 1-2 mg/kg)."  It is _extremely_ toxic to honeybees who will collect the white powder while foraging and take it back to the hive where it will kill the rest of the colony.
