  I've always thought that the mini-series "Roots" from the 1970s is just 
excellent. And, if you combined that with some archaeology-related videos ~ 
it would be fantastic. ("Roots" is in its 30-year anniversary - and there is 
a new DVD set coming out this month - just in time for summer courses with 
slavery topics.)
