Yes -

It was an excellent conference.  Being able to stay right in the heart of
the historic area also added a great deal to the experience.

Yes, there were glitches in the program.  The most obvious one was that
most of the military-related sessions were dumped into the end of the
conference.  Perhaps this was designed to slight the topic by scheduling it
when most folks would have already left, or to make better times available
for less relevant stuff like feminist theory.

It was too bad tha the Jamestowne visit couldn't have been arranged to
occur during the day.  I thought the evening visit made it difficult to
orient oneself to the site.

Also, if the little fort map that was the conference logo was from a
Spanish spy map, as anyone figured out how the spy got the info out of
Jamestowne?
