Margaret Price sings Mahler's "Ich bin der Welt abhanden gekommen".
There is an attractive dark husky layer in this soprano's voice.  Lovely.
The tone and pitching nare envolping.  Not the slightest hint of an edge
and her production is so natural:

I would give all of Mahler's symphonies except the 6,7 and 9th for the
Ruckert cycle, especially when sung like this.
