The final "synthesis" IPCC report was released on Saturday. That's
about as wide-ranging a scientific consensus document as has ever
been published. (as previoulsy linked, http://www.ipcc.ch/)
In two weeks, the huge UN Climate Change Conference meets in Bali to
come to agreements on a Kyoto Treaty replacement. That's about as
wide-ranging a policy consensus, likewise, history has known.
