i just make mine, print them on sticky paper and mount them on thick card stock, they are matte finish and dont have those awful reflections. I make them in all sizes an all units of measure.
i can make about a dozen scales in about ten minutes and all for the cost of two sheets of papar, Tonia Deetz Rock, SEARCH, Inc.
