California Archaeology Journal in 2009!

Left Coast and Society for California Archaeology will jointly launch a
peer-reviewed journal entitled California Archaeology in 2009. The journal
will appear initially twice a year with the first issue slated for
publication in summer. All members of the Society will receive the journal
as a benefit of membership. 

Terry Jones of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo will edit the journal which will
include refereed articles on prehistoric and historical archaeology of
California and neighboring regions, as well as reviews, News & Notes, forum
pieces, and periodic theme issues. Details on subscribing and on submitting
articles to the journal will appear on this website and that of SCA in the
next few weeks. To join the Society, go to: http://www.scahome.org/ . Left
Coast is delighted to be able to work with the organization! on this
