J. C. Harrington Award 2009

 

We are pleased to tell our fellow HISTARCH members that the SHA Awards Committee (Mary Beaudry, Chair) informally announced at the Business Meeting in Albuquerque, and the President of SHA (LuAnn De Cunzo) has now officially announced that the recipient of the J. C. Harrington Medal for 2009 will be:

We encourage all our colleagues to come to SHA 2009 in Toronto, Canada and to also attend the Banquet-Awards Ceremony. We are sure the Toronto organizers will put out extra chairs for students and others who only want to attend the ceremony part of the event.
