As to Hough and the Scharwenka 4th: I apologize.  I was under the
impression I had seen, in many different concert schedules of many
different orchestras, Hough playing the Scharwenka 4th concerto.  Since
I know that I .have.  seen, in the last few years, that concerto played
quite often, I can only conclude that someone else took it up.  Which is
entirely possible.
