Bob, I don't know of any research where comb has been 
tested after fumigation, but testing has been conducted on dozens 
of other foods including sugary foods like dried fruits. In  
these tests phosphine residues "will typically be non-detectable 
with adequate aeration, i.e., <0.004 ppm."

Adequate aeration generally = 48 hours.
