Teaching bees would seem to me to require breeding, workers can not live long enough in the field to be taught. Therefore a strain of bees inclined to be drawn to a chemical signature would be required. If all that work is to be done it would further seem to me to be better handle by remote robotics and existing sensors which need neither breeding or training. So i am guessing that there is a special training method and since (if something of this nature is possible) it is a national security item, i don't even want to know.
