A lot of the really cool human body stuff I've seen would seem to be
real difficult/impossible to clone/recreate - the giant heart at
Franklin, Tess the robot & the bodyworks theater at the California
Science Center...
More of a demo than an exhibit, and quite possibly prohibitively
expensive, but.... When checking out Body Worlds at the Museum of
Science, I saw a floor programmer demonstrating an ultrasound machine.
(Bonus: staff have to slather up with that goo.) Not only is it possible
to show off your own intestines, but the programmer in Boston used it on
her throat - then held her breath. You could see the esophogus widening.
Pretty sweet. Maybe if you have good relations with local
hospitals/medical community, this could be acquired.

"Science is like a two-headed monster. The first head is good. It brings
us aspirin and other modern conveniences. But the other head is bad.
Beware the second head of science, Arthur! It bites!"
-The Tick
