Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We are building a small exhibit on the basics of electricity and maybe
some electronics. I have some old specs for a power supply but would
love to hear the suggestions of others. I'm loking for something in the
5-12 VDC range, maybe both fixed and variable outputs. And what about
limited amperage? My old notes and some stuff I have been reading
suggests 1.2 amps. The other question is short circuit protection? I
see units available with it built in. Is this a simple circuit to build
and add? Can I do the same for battery packs?
