It is, however, frustrating to return from an extended time away from the desk to find a huge pile of emails on the same topic that's been done to death.

I've often thought that this list should be split into "practical stuff (where do I find a widget? anyone have suggestions on widget programs?)" and "philosophical/theoretical stuff."
