I am interested to see what impact on cultural resources the National 
Landscape Conservation Act and the Omnibus Public Lands Management Act 
will have.
Will there be tighter preservation of cultural resources? The one thing that 
occurred to me is that there might be a greater call for viewshed analysis to 
determine the impact of visual obstructions to these preserved areas.
How does this new Act coincide with Obama's renewable energy mandate?

Does anyone have any information or comments on this?
