With a large collection of works it only takes one distributor/copyright
owner/publisher/performer or whatever to deny copying to outside the US and
they can't ship the whole set.  The copyright owner in question may well
have separate copyright arrangements for (eg) the UK, and you have to buy
the UK edition where he gets a different fee.
