There is uniformity in general and non-uniformity in
splitting hairs when measuring cells that the eyes cannot
detect. It's the non-uniformity that the eyes detect in
mass that is the problem today in the broodnest area, and
beekeepers then being told it is okay with so much
transitional cells to be used there for variance by others.
