I have not seen CCD in my hives, but there is also no shortage of people who have asked me if my bees are still alive. After I tell them I'm doing fine, I get a follow-up question like, "I hear the cell phones is what's killing them" and "Don't they all have some kind of mite?"

It might be helpful to list all the things which we've ruled out but are still in vogue in the ignorance of the general public.
