To the best of my knowledge, Missouri has NO registration of hives.  If it does, I'm horribly out of compliance, but if registration is mandated, I'll like remain out of compliance.
   
  We also have NO money for hive inspection and inspectors, so other than the gov't knowing where my bees are at or how many colonies I'm running, what good does registration do?
