DragonflyTV SciGirls GRANT PROGRAM-Encouraging Science Success for Girls

DragonflyTV, the PBS Kids Go! show that's all about real kids doing real
science, announces its SciGirls grant program for science center
educators. DragonflyTV created SciGirls to bring its brand of hands-on
investigation to girls across the nation. This year we are launching a
new initiative to extend the program to science centers nationwide.
Proposals for the program, funded by the National Science Foundation,
are due November 22, 2006. If you want to learn more about this exciting
opportunity for girls in your community, visit us on the Web at:
http://dftvpress.org/scigirls_info.html. Or stop by our booth at ASTC
for a program description and grant guidelines.
