Try Powdermill Nature Reserve - a part of the Carnegie Museum of Natural
History. They are gps mapping their entire site.

Has anyone done GPS mapping of their living botanical collections? Or
do you know of a place that has a GPS mapping or management system? I
am exploring the use of GPS to map botanical specimens and then making
the
locations available on the web so that visitors can find them. It
could
also be used to alert people to short-lived phenomena like what's
blooming, what's nesting, what's hatching, etc. I will share any list I
get of such projects.
