Actually, I would agree wholeheartedly. My point would be that when choosing
a method to engage learners in inquiry, interactivity has the best shot of
all the methods for you to possibly break through some of those barriers.
When there is interactivity, the learner must open up, even just the
slightest bit, in order to participate. If there is no willingness to do
that, then you are right, no inquiry occurs.
