I really need help and will be seeing specialists soon.

My problem is that I keep reading the same thing over and over on this 
list. Since I know it is a list for informed discussion, it must be that 
I suffer from deja vu. After all, no sane group of people would 
continually go over the exact same material again and again and again. 
If they did, I know the mental health people would come and confine them 
to small cells.
